ATLANTIC SERVICE COMPANY COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This competition named “Giveaway” is an ongoing competition, with prized to be distributed each month, and the winner decided on the final day of each month.

2. The winner shall be selected at random from anyone who provides contact details in the form of email address, or social media handles, within that calendar month.

3. Each month’s competition shall run from 00:00 on the first day of the month until 23:59 on the final day of each given month, starting in March 2021, and initially due to end October 2021.

4. Entry is free of charge. To enter, click on the link advertised on the website, emails, mailshots or other promotional materials and fill in your contact details according to the instructions.

5. All details are taken in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, in line with the Atlantic Service Company Privacy Policy and are given on the basis of consent by the Data Subject. You can request to remove your details from our database at any time by emailing enquiries@atlantic-service.co.uk. 

6. One prize will be given each month, namely the Victorinox Swibo 12” Steak Knife. We reserve the right to amend this prize to a similar and appropriate alternative at any time, and the winning entrant will be notified accordingly.

7. To enter you must be over the age of 18, and prizes can only be distributed to addresses located within mainland Great Britain, or other venues by discretionary decision.
