Here at Atlantic Service Company, we're always looking for ways to improve the service we offer our customers and one critical route to that is by acting on direct feedback from our customers.
Historically, through our long and proud history, we've always had regular contact with many of our customers via letters and faxes, telephone, mobiles and email. Our website has a well-used 'Contact Us' section and we've recently opened a number of social media channels too, so you can get in touch with us there as well if you prefer.
Now we have also launched an additional route for all your feedback, comments and concerns.
It's great to know when we've done well so we can consolidate and our staff here love a compliment, so they're always welcome of course, whilst any general comments or ideas are useful to receive. In the spirit of our continuous improvement approach, we also want to hear when things have been less than ideal, so we can take feedback away and look to bolster our processes and performance.
Comments can be made via an open text box, so you can say anything you like to us and, as a team, we promise to take away all comments and action them accordingly, whether that is through an internal review or through a direct response to yourself.
